Dear Seasonal workers

We have special rates for those of you that are staying for the season of 90 days, with some special rooms just for your needs. Such as rooms with 2 to 3 beds in the rooms with a fold down futon, so it fits 5 to 6people.

We would like to help you out while you're in town. We found jobs for some of you last year and even hired some to work for us. It is always nice to meet people from other countries; it is a learning experience and a pleasure.

We have a 90 day contract that starts in Dec. 07 & goes through to March 08, if you want a shorter term we are sorry we can not help you with that.

As all of you might know that was in South Lake Tahoe the season of Dec. 06 to March 07, they were planning to tear down all the motels from Park Ave to the Casinos. They started doing that in April and are still in the process of doing it. So, there will be a shortage of rooms, about 1000 rooms I'm told for the 07-08 winter season.

So get you bookings in early to make sure you get a room, they will be going fast! I have already had many calls wanting to book rooms for the winter season.

We are looking forward to seeing some old familiar faces from last season, and hope to meet some new ones, that we hope will become familiar in seasons to come.
